A brief and incomplete overview of the manufacturing process...
The process starts with a drawing.
Miters are cut with the mill or by hand.
Miters and geometry are checked in the jig.
Joints are brazed.
Paint is applied by Keith Anderson.
Internal surfaces are treated with J.P. Weigle's Frame Saver®.
Head Tubes are re-reamed and re-faced.
BB shells are chased and re-faced.
